The purpose of the members area discussion forum is to provide a platform that our members can use to provide support and guidance to each other in their day-to-day businesses.
Just as we have agreed to uphold an industry Code of Ethics, so too have we decided on a particular standard of behaviour for our forum. We expect our members to adhere to this standard and what constitutes acceptable content.
For this reason we have identified the following list of rules to ensure our forum adds value and does not offend any participants.
Please keep the following in mind before posting:1. Be respectful
We want to create an environment where there is a healthy exchange of opinions and ideas. Make sure you treat everyone with respect and kindness at all times.2. No bullying
Bullying of any kind is not allowed, and degrading comments about other members or external parties will not be tolerated.3. No promotions or spam
Self-promotion, spam and sharing of irrelevant links are not allowed.4. No third-party linking of content
Private or personal information about members should not be posted on the forum without a members’ consent. No cross linking of content to external social media platforms or third-party sites is allowed.5. Confidentiality within our membership
No sharing of other members' posts with the outside world, and confidentiality must be assured for members who do share with the group.
This is a special group and we want members to know that they are in a safe space to reach out for support or share exciting ideas when they feel like doing so without any concerns that their information will be shared outside of the REBAA membership and forum - refer to our Code of Conduct.
